Memory quilts and pillows are made from personal clothing including:​ T-shirts, neckties, jeans, wedding dresses, uniforms, baby clothing, etc. Additionally, photos, drawings, documents and other paraphernalia may be added.

Art quilts combine modern and traditional quilting techniques to create art projects that tell a story. Examples include: A celebration of life quilt, a retirement quilt and other important milestones.

Longarm quilting machines enable the quilter to load the back, batting, and top into a metal frame and stitch all three layers together at once. We sew edge to edge, left to right, creating a pattern selected by the customer who ordered the quilt service. Because sewing is computerized, all the stitches are clean and even.

In this interactive workshop, we use fiber art to teach history as well as STEM subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math). Participants will design their own unique fabric squares relevant to subject matter. Available for organizations, schools, museums and libraries.
